Approval Workflow
Every post goes through your approval queue before it can be published. Nothing goes live without your explicit sign-off.
The Approval Queue
The Approval Queue tab shows all posts with a "Pending" status. Posts are organized by facility and content pillar, with the newest at the top.
For each post, you can:
- Approve — Moves the post to the publishing queue. It will be scheduled based on your per-facility publishing schedule.
- Edit — Open the post editor to modify the caption, hashtags, image, or call-to-action before approving.
- Reject — Remove the post with a reason. Rejected posts can be edited and re-submitted later.
Post Editor
Click any post card to expand the full editor. From here you can:
- Edit the caption text directly
- Change or add hashtags
- Generate an AI image matched to the post content
- Swap the assigned facility
- View quality score details and factors
- Generate A/B caption variants to compare alternatives
Rejected Posts
Rejected posts aren't deleted — they move to a "Rejected" section where you can review the rejection reason, edit the content, and re-approve. This is useful when a post has a good idea but needs better execution.
Bulk Actions
For faster review, you can approve or reject multiple posts at once using the bulk action buttons at the top of the queue.
Audit trail: Every approval, rejection, and edit is logged in the audit trail (Settings → Audit Log) with timestamps and the user who performed the action.
