Analytics & Reporting
Track engagement across all your locations, identify top-performing content, and export reports.
Engagement Metrics
The Analytics tab pulls engagement data from the Meta API for all your connected Facebook Pages. Metrics include:
- Reach — How many people saw your posts
- Likes / Reactions — Engagement on each post
- Comments — Conversations started by your content
- Shares — How often your content was shared
Data is cached for 15 minutes to keep the dashboard fast. Click any published post to view it directly on Facebook.
Pillar Performance
See which content pillars drive the most engagement with the pillar performance chart. This shows a side-by-side comparison of average engagement by pillar — useful for adjusting your content mix.
Best Time to Post
The day/hour heatmap shows when your audience is most active, based on actual engagement data. Use this to optimize your publishing schedule.
Competitor Benchmarking
Track competitor Facebook pages in Settings → Competitor Tracking. Add their Page name and Facebook Page ID, and Analytics will show a comparison table of your metrics vs. theirs.
UTM Tracking
SocialEngine automatically adds UTM parameters to links in your published posts, so you can track social media traffic in Google Analytics. Parameters include source, medium, campaign, and content pillar.
Export
Export your analytics as CSV (for spreadsheet analysis) or PDF (for sharing with stakeholders). Both options are available at the top of the Analytics tab.
Google Analytics & Meta Pixel
In Settings → Website Tracking, enter your GA4 Measurement ID and/or Meta Pixel ID. SocialEngine provides a one-click copy of the install snippet for your website.
